Ochsner Academics has selected the recipients for 2024 post-doctoral research fellowships from The University of Queensland Ochsner Doctor of Medicine (MD) program.

This fellowship gives recent doctoral degree recipients an exceptional opportunity to remain engaged in clinical, translational and health services research.

Post-doctoral research fellowships will occur from January 2 to May 24, 2024, during the time between the UQ-Ochsner Clinical School culmination in fall 2023 and the beginning of residency programs in summer 2024. Selection was made from a committee consisting of Ochsner Research directors, managers, and staff of the Bioinformatics department.

The seven 2024 post-doctoral research fellows will work with their mentor and leading clinicians and clinician-scientists in various departments including ob-gyn, translational research, pediatrics, primary care, and psychiatry.
